Where does Viettime Craft’s products come from?

Our products are made from natural materials from Vietnam and China.

Are you trading company or manufactory?
  • We are a manufacturing company. Not a trading company.
  • We have factory. Have BSCI certificate.
Why is the website not showing product prices?
  • We don’t show prices because product prices are volatile and have a short-term value.
  • We also rely on your order quantity to give the best factory price.
  • You just need to add the item with the exact quantity. We will make a detailed quote and send it via email. We can negotiate the price.
Can you customize the product?

Yes. You can choose the product that is similar to the product you need to customize. We will quote based on those customizations.

What will I receive after sending the inquiry?
  1. You will get detailed quotation for each product at our factory.
  2. We will also accommodate your individual requests as you take notes.
  3. The quotation may be without shipping or with the shipping fee after we. have negotiated.
Is the product available?

No. Product not available. We have to take production time. If you order, we will produce based on your order quantity, production time can be 1-3 months or more.

Can I order samples? 

Yes. If you require a sample order. We can respond.

Production time for samples is 5-7 days.

Can I order goods online and use the shipping service? What is the payment procedure?

You can select the product on the web then the salesperson will contact you to close the order. You can pay via bank transfer or payment via visa card, … After successful payment, the product you ordered will be shipped to your correct address.

Does Viettime Craft accept order products?

As a handicraft import-export company, we have a factory system to meet the needs of our customers. Customers can order according to available models or can send your designs to us for production.
